Lebed.biz Alert – ANSW just passed Ask.com which sold for $1.85 billion!

Answers Corp (ANSW) could go through the roof during the month of February, in my opinion! I have given it a speculative rating of 1, my highest level of confidence. Do your research immediately and spread the word about it this SuperBowl weekend to all of your friends. I am sure once they try Answers.com, they will never stop using it.

Answers.com just passed Ask.com on Quantcast this week and is now the 18th most popular site on the Internet! See for yourself here: http://www.quantcast.com/top-
sites-1?r=18#18

Ask.com sold in 2005 for $1.85 billion and Answers.com is now one ranking behind MapQuest.com, which previously sold for $1.1 billion.

ANSWs market cap right now at $8.03 is only $62.3 million. I believe ANSW’s WikiAnswers.com site alone is worth a lot more than $62.3 million.

WikiAnswers.com now has over 2 million members and was just ranked by comScore the fastest growing U.S. Domain of 2008 with monthly visitor growth up 154% to 16.5 million. See for yourself here: http://www.answers.com/main/
pressresources/comScore_top_
200_Dec_through_Dec_2008.pdf

Although I am not an analyst, I believe between Answers.com and WikiAnswers.com, ANSW should conservatively have a $250 to $300 million market cap which would value the stock between $27.26 and $32.71 per share. I am even factoring in the $6 million in series A preferred stock that ANSW issued to Redpoint Ventures which is convertible into 1,333,333 common shares.

ANSW has a major venture capital investor behind the company, Redpoint Ventures, which invented $6 million into ANSW in June and has a warrant to invest an additional $7 million.

When ANSW reports on February 19th, it should be a record breaking quarter and the company could be approaching profitability!

I own no stock in ANSW and there are no conflicts of interest whatsoever in what I say about this company.

From Willy:

I follow many=20
stocks. I do wish you all luck with your trading. Remember the only t=
ime=20
you are defeated by the market is when you give up. Always diversify=
=20
holding many positions so when you get hit with a loss it doesn’t wip=

all your trading capital. You will never see me invest in just one=20
company. Also readers you don’t need to invest only in stocks I own. =
I=20
have been taught enough lessons to know investing in one stock is=20
portfolio suicide. I don’t care if you only put $100 dollars in a pos=

Lebed.biz Alert – My new spec rating of 1 pick: ANSW

January 31, 2009 · Filed Under Stock Newsletters · Comment

Content-Type: text/html; charset = “iso-8859-1″
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

I am proud to announce Answers Corp (ANSW), currently trading for $8.03 with a market cap of just $63.2 million, as my new stock to watch with a speculative rating of 1, my highest level of confidence!

Answers.com just passed Ask.com on Quantcast this week and is now the 18th most popular site on the Internet! See for yourself here: http://www.quantcast.com/top-sites-1?r=18#18

Ask.com sold in 2005 to IAC/InterActive for $1.85 billion. For ANSW to have a market cap of only $63.2 million when Answers.com is now more popular than Ask.com, I believe ANSW is ridiculously undervalued and could become one of our biggest winners ever.

Answers.com is also two rankings ahead of Photobucket.com which sold in 2007 to Newscorp for $250 million.

ANSW also owns WikiAnswers.com which is similar to Yahoo! Answers. comScore ranked WikiAnswers.com the fastest growing U.S. Domain in 2008 with monthly visitor growth up 154% to 16.5 million. See for yourself here: http://www.answers.com/main/pressresources/comScore_top_200_Dec_through_Dec_2008.pdf

ANSW is scheduled
to release 4Q results and host a conference call on February 19th. ANSW expects revenues to approximate $4.6 million,
exceeding the high end of their previously announced guidance of $4.5
million. Revenues of $4.6 million would be up approximately 53% over 4Q
2007 revenues of $3 million.

ANSW’s revenue
growth is unbelievable and I believe this company has the potential to
eventually become a takeover target. Google, the Internet’s #1 most popular site, links to Answers.com with
their "definition" link near the top of the page after most searches.

ANSW is a company that you should definitely tell all of your friends about this SuperBowl weekend! Even if they aren’t interested in the stock, I am sure they will love Answers.com and begin using the site on a daily basis!

I want everyone to drop everything and start researching BANI immediately!

BANI is starting to set the market on fire the past couple days but I believe it is far from over!

Look at this amazing chart

I was watching very close on Monday when BANI closed above its 50 day MA. BANI then shot higher on Tuesday and had a healthy pullback on Wednesday. With the two positive legs up in the green on Thursday and Friday the chart has confirmed huge continued upside potential!

Look at this projection chart below to see how easy BANI will move for fast and furious gains.

Looking to the right the pivot point second level of resistance is 25 cents….once that breaks we are off to the races!!!

As you can see BANI goes to $1.19 at ease according to this projection chart!

BANI has a history of running huge very fast… just over the summer BANI ran from $0.20 to $1.90 at ease!!

I believe it is happening again!

Just wait for my full profile tomorrow you won’t believe who is wearing BANI’s  apparel!!!!!!

I believe BANI is going to be the next Baby Phat or Phat Farm that the younger generation loves!!

Sincerely,
