eDOORWAYS 10K Audit Ready for Filing

eDOORWAYS Corporation (PINKSHEETS: EDWY) is moving forward on a positive note as it completes its 2008 10K audit. The company, which aggressively steamed forward to meet its expected completion date, has posted the 10K audit to the company’s new site, www.edoorwayscorp.com, for public review.

"We have met our self-imposed deadline of completing the 10K audit by today and we determined it would be best to afford shareholders the ability to acknowledge this as we enter into the filing process," said Gary Kimmons, Chairman and CEO of eDOORWAYS Corp.

Typically, once a final draft of the 10K audit is submitted, it goes through a filing process that can take up to 72 hours to complete. This includes Edgarizing a 50 plus page document and committing to one final review by auditors of the Edgarized version of the 10K audit before it’s filed. While this process should be of no consequence, for smaller companies like eDOORWAYS which strive to secure shareholder confidence, these logistics aren’t usually understood by shareholders. To that end, Mr. Kimmons felt it appropriate to make evident to investors the company’s completion of the 10K audit.

The company’s post of its 10K for the year ended December 31, 2008 will act as information for shareholders and will be superseded by the actual filing of the 10K. The financial statements included in the posted 10K have been prepared by management and the company’s independent auditors who are finalizing their review along with the overall review of the final draft by legal counsel — both with no assurance that adjustments or modifications will not be required. However, the company, along with its Senior Financial & Accounting Specialist, Mr. Dan Bensimon, have committed to the filing process, which includes these final reviews, strongly believing that such modifications are not likely or if required would likely result in non-material adjustments.

The move for the company to post its 10K prior to its filing (that can still occur today) may be considered a bit unorthodox. However, people close to the company consider this action appropriate as a means to reaffirm shareholder confidence.

"The company is marching toward an important day in the weeks to come and we’d like our house to be in absolute order for that moment," said Kimmons. "I cannot state enough that the work Mr. Dan Bensimon has conducted here is unquestionably top notch and greatly beneficial to the company and our shareholders regardless of the time it has taken. We are pleased that we have the ability to post the 10K audit today and look forward to an expeditious filing of this final draft. Should all things continue as well as they’ve been so far, the outstanding Q’s should be completed within short order and the company could see its soft launch date of October 1st, 2009, as being ‘current’ on its financials."

After the close Friday, SFIO announced it has executed =
contracts with LTI News Industries of Buenos Aires, Argentina for the distr=

and Uruguay.

LTI News President, Osvaldo Glatt, stated that, “In our=

concerned with smoking in public places, second-hand smoke and over-all he=

SFIO CEO, Thomas Schroepfer, added, “Forming an allianc=

sophisticated product. If only 1% of the smoking population in the territor=

SFIO has a new video on its website demonstrating its s=

HotOtc.com – FUEL technical chart link inside

August 30, 2009 · Filed Under Stock Newsletters · Comment

http

More on FUEL

Many Nasdaq companies have been beaten down to ridiculous prices, and th=
ey=20
may bounce back as the economy recovers.  Just a few days ago one of m=
y=20
daily alerts VG was trading at only $.50 and on Wednesday hit a high of $2.=
63!!!

FUEL looks attractive at it’s current level!  In my opinion if FUEL=
can=20
break $.50 it may a lot higher.

Bar Chart opinion puts the resistance level even lower at $.44.  Vi=
ew=20
here:
http://quote.barchart.com/texpert.asp?sym=3DFUEL

Have you ever wondered why you never see a mail truck at the gas station=
or=20
the UPS man filling up?

Packages in the mail, food at the grocery store.. how is all this stuff=
=20
delivered?

In a truck!

The UPS delivery guy can’t make it to your house without fuel in his truck.=

These companies with large fleets of vehicles use mobile fueling compani=
es=20
like FUEL.

In fact many of these large companies are FUEL’s clients.

FUEL is the company that helps get these trucks to where they need to be=
.

Gas prices are expected to increase and during these times it is dire for=
=20
logistic companies to be fiscally responsible when it comes to their fuelin=
g.

Bad enough to have to pay more for fuel but losing money because you’re=20
inefficient with fueling your fleet of vehicles is ridiculous in my opinion=
.

With gas expected to reach $85 a barrel soon, FUEL could be well in demand =
in=20
the logistics industry.

FUEL provides commercial mobile and bulk fueling deliveries on a regularly=
=20
scheduled or as needed basis, refueling vehicles and equipment, and re-supp=
lying=20
bulk storage tanks and emergency power generation systems.

Traditionally, businesses and other entities that operate fleets of vehicle=
s and=20
equipment have met their fueling requirements by fueling vehicles at retail=
=20
stations or at other third party facilities or by maintaining their own sup=
ply=20
of fuel in on-site storage tanks.

But FUEL realizes that on-site storage tanks and fueling facilities are=20
expensive to construct and maintain, and expose the property owner and oper=
ator=20
to potential liability associated with fuel leaks or spills.

And fueling vehicles at ret ail stations and other facilities operated by t=
hird=20
parties can result in a higher cost of operations due to inefficient use of=
=20
employee time, the creation of significant unnecessary paperwork and employ=
ee=20
fraud.

I believe logistic companies need the kind of solution that FUEL provides.

Growth in demand for liquid fuels will be led by the transportation sector.=
=20
According to the EIA, the transportation sector dominates demand for liquid=
=20
fuels, which is projected to grow from 69% of total consumption in 2007 to =
75%=20
in 2030!

FUEL’s sophisticated fueling solutions include the use of patented propriet=
ary=20
electronic fuel tracking control system to measure, record and track fuel=
=20
dispensed to each vehicle and tank fueled at a customer location.

FUEL’s system allows customer verification of the amount and type of fuel=
=20
delivered and provides customers with customized fleet fuel data which can =
be=20
used for various types of management analysis as well as tax reporting.

FUEL’s customers are in an array of industries! Like trucking, manufacturin=
g,=20
construction, shipping, utility, energy, chemicals, telecommunications and=
=20
government services.

Some of FUEL’s largest customers are US Postal Service, UPS, Florida Power =
&=20
Light, FEMA!

Another core business that FUEL has is their emergency response services.

FUEL provides fuel supply services to governmental agencies, utilities,=20
communication companies, delivery services and other fleet and equipment=20
operators when emergency situations, such20as severe weather conditions and=
=20
related disasters, create power interruptions, supply outages or access=20
restrictions on the Company=92s customers.

With hurricane season here, I believe FUEL’s services could be needed by ma=
ny=20
companies.

FUEL is also a large regional distributor of lubricants and chemicals acros=
s the=20
South and Southeastern US.

The company distributes and sells a wide array of petroleum-based lubricant=
s=20
such as gear oil, engine oil, heavy-duty motor oil, hydraulic oil, transmis=
sion=20
oil, specialty high temperature grease and synthetic lubricants, from its T=
exas=20
facilities.

FUEL currently conducts operations through 31 service locations in the elev=
en=20
states of Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ne=
vada,=20
North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.

According to U.S. Department of Energy 2006 data, the domestic refined petr=
oleum=20
marketing and distribution industry is approximately $360 billion in aggreg=
ate=20
annual revenue!!

Make sure you read all about FUEL.

More on FUEL

Our economy is jumping back onto its feet and oil prices are expected to move
forward as this continues.

Some expert expectations have oil at $85 a barrel by the end of year which is
only a few months from now!

Those big trucks you see on the highways require a lot of fuel to get things
from one state to another. Fueling them can be a very costly and timely thing.

With oil prices headed up, the logistics industry needs to be especially
efficient.

Take a look at FUEL. The name of the ticker is very fitting for the kind of
business FUEL is in.

FUEL has customers in trucking, manufacturing, construction, shipping, utility,
energy, chemicals, telecommunications and government services

One of FUEL's core businesses is truck to truck refueling.

Fueling those big trucks is more complicated than one would think.

FUEL realizes that on-site storage tanks and fueling facilities are expensive to
construct and maintain, and expose the property owner and operator to potential
liability associated with fuel leaks or spills.

Fueling vehicles at retail stations and other facilities operated by third
parties can result in a higher cost of operations due to inefficient use of
employee time, the creation of significant unnecessary paperwork and employee
fraud.

FUEL has come up with a solution for this.

FUEL's sophisticated fueling solutions include the use of patented proprietary
electronic fuel tracking control system to measure, record and track fuel
dispensed to each vehicle and tank fueled at a customer location.

This system allows customer verification of the amount and type of fuel
delivered and provides customers with customized fleet fuel data which can be
used for various types of management analysis as well as tax reporting.

There's no denying that our economy was in shambles for awhile which means its
no surprise that the logistics and transportation sectors took a hit.

FUEL could see rapid movement as our economy cleans itself up. These sectors
could be hot again very fast!

According to U.S. Department of Energy 2006 data, the domestic refined petroleum
marketing and distribution industry is approximately $360 billion in aggregate
annual revenue!!

Obviously there's a lot of money involved in the kind of thing FUEL does.

FUEL operates a network of over 800 company-owned fuel tanks, with a capacity in
excess of 1.7 million gallons!

FUEL's commercial mobile fueling services offer numerous advantages to
customers, including lower labor and administrative costs associated with
fueling vehicles; centralized control over fuel inventories and usage; tax
reporting benefits; elimination of costs and risks of environmental liabilities
associated with on-site fuel storage and dispensing facilities; reduced exposure
to employee theft of fuel; and elimination of security breakdowns associated
with off-site fueling by employees.

FUEL has another interesting and lucrative core businesses. They are a large
regional distributor of lubricants and chemicals across the South and
Southeastern US.

One of the largest Chevron Texaco distributors in the U.S.!

FUEL has 31 locations across the United States. I'm talking major cities like
Fort Lauderdale and Orlando in Florida, Houston, Los Angeles!

FUEL has further locations in total of 11 states: Alabama, California, Florida,
Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina,
Tennessee and Texas.

Some of FUEL's largest customers are US Postal Service, UPS, Florida Power &
Light, FEMA!

To give you an idea of the potential market for SFIO’s =
smoke-free cigarettes, 5.5 TRILLION cigarettes are consumed worldwide every=
year.

The number of cigarettes consumed every year amounts to=
1,000 cigarettes for every man, woman, and child on the planet!!!
Click on the following link to see the World Health Org=
anization’s Cigarette Consumption Statistics. (Adobe Reader Required)=20

http://www.who.int/tobacco/en/atlas8.pdf

SFIO is in the business of designing, developing, manuf=
acturing and marketing a hi-tech, smokeless tobacco device.

SFIO products are designed to protect non-smokers from =
second hand smoke and all its effects while providing smokers a way to enjo=
y a smoke-free cigarette anywhere, including places where smoking is prohib=
ited.

SFIO’s odorless electronic cigarette also allow smokers=
to enjoy smoking while not having to worry about the dangers and ill effec=
ts of regular cigarette smoking.

SFIO has established offices and teams in Shanghai and =
China for R&D and manufacturing, and in Antwerp, Belgium for International =
Marketing and Distribution, while its head office is in Nashville, Tennesse=
e, USA.

Over the last few months SFIO has announced distributio=
n agreements for the United States, Greece, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg=
, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, South Africa, Au=
stralia and New Zealand.

SFIO recently received Real Smokefree starter kits at i=
ts Nashville headquarters and at its European offices in Antwerp, Belgium, =
which enabled the company to start test-marketing the world’s first totally=
smoke-free electronic cigarette.

SENCO G.C.S., a wholesale and marketing company, based =
in Jacksonville, NC, will be coordinating test-markets and focus groups thr=
oughout the United States.

SFIO’s wholly-owned subsidiary in Belgium, Smokefree In=
notec PvbA, will be coordinating test-markets and focus groups in Europe.

The focus groups will encompass a wide range of smokers=
, including members of the Armed Forces. Feedback from the focus groups wil=
l be utilized to fine-tune SFIO’s marketing plans for the upcoming commerci=
al launch of its Real Smokefree brand.

SFIO is initially introducing its smoke-free cigarettes=
in test markets in the United States, Germany and Belgium, which will beco=
me widely available in a rollout in September in the Netherlands, Belgium, =
Germany, South Africa, New Zealand, Brazil, Australia, Greece and Argentina=
, followed by worldwide distribution in 2010.

The total tobacco related products and tobacco substitu=
tes market is estimated at $1.8 TRILLION per year. Capturing just a small p=
ercentage would mean colossal returns for SFIO shareholders.

HotOtc.com – FUEL use to trade at over $4 a share

August 30, 2009 · Filed Under Stock Newsletters · Comment

Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1

http

Watch List for Monday 8-31-2009

My new big pick is FUEL

As the economy recovers the demand for fuel and other petroleum products will
rise over time.

Many of the huge companies with large fleets of vehicles will need ways to
save money.

FUEL has been providing mobile fueling services to companies for many years
and saving these companies lots of money.

The chart on FUEL also looks attractive, and it looks like FUEL is nearing
some resistance.  If it breaks these levels it may possibly break out
bigger.

Chart on FUEL:

http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=fuel&sid=0&o_symb=fuel&freq=1&time=5

Let me explain the benefits of mobile fueling.  Companies save lots of
insurance money by not carrying dangerous chemicals and fuel on site.  This
also reduces payroll and eliminates security issues with off site fueling by
employees.

By utilizing FUEL and their services companies can save up to 20% off
traditional fueling costs.  Since FUEL buys at a wholesale level and passes
the saving onto customers with a small additional service fee.

Remember, FUEL is not a start up.  They trade on the Nasdaq which has
pretty stringent requirements.

FUEL currently has over 4,200 customers.

FUEL also recently went through a $40 mill recapitalization which is suppose
to provide substantial short term and long term financial benefits to the
company.

Aside from their fueling service, FUEL also distributes lubricants and
chemicals.  They provide specialty industrial oils and greases which are
high margin.

FUEL also provides natural disaster fueling support.  These services are
usually provided under annual contracts or based on availability at the time of
demand.

FUEL currently provides fuel services to the United States Postal service in
some states!

You can get full details on their services at:
