It looks like someone has bought the stock and made the price increase by almost 30%.

In my opinion, this is very little money for the promotion. However, I suspect that this is not the only campaign. Soon we will some more.
All in all, the company is a non-reporting, there is no information available on the financial side, as well as BIEL stock has been going down for some time. Is this promotional campaign going to help the stock rise?
