Agri-Dynamics, Inc. (AGDY.PK) Trying to Become More Attractive

Agri-Dynamics, Inc. is a holding company which provides management consulting services, incorporated under the laws of the State of Iowa. At present, the stock price is $0.23. However, there does not seem to be much trading.

In my opinion, the company is trying to improve its image over investors. Recently, it paid PTC Reporter 600,000 free trading shares, while earlier StockStars got $10,000, and Willy Wizard was compensated by $2,000. Is this money going to be enough for making the company more attractive?
