Penn Treaty American Corporation Announces Dividend (Business Wire)

FRISCO, Texas—-Penn Treaty American Corporation announced that on November 30, 2009, its Board of Directors declared a dividend in the amount of $0.15 per share of common stock. The dividend is expected to be paid on or about December 18, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 11, 2009.
